3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

• Payment terms will be set out in your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid in full before services are carried out.

• Late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Liability

• We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or loss of value.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers (e.g. transporters, detailers, finance providers).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
